She is a recognized authority in diverse investigative realms, spanning OSINT, counterintelligence, insurance fraud investigations, financial inquiries, threat assessments, due diligence, organized retail crime, corporate and competitive intelligence.

Ms. Stuart actively engages in consulting and training activities, catering to a broad clientele that includes federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, military intelligence communities, Fortune 500 companies, and players in the financial and insurance sectors. Her primary focus lies in OSINT - open source intelligence, social media analysis, and the formulation of threat assessments and mitigation strategies. Notably, she served as an Instructor at Quantico (FBI Academy), contributing to international training initiatives in OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence).

Additionally, Ms. Stuart collaborated with the Pennsylvania Office of Homeland Security to establish the "Keeping Kids Safe" program.
